Croix de Labrie Stella Solare 2019 AOC white Bordeaux 75cl

A UFO, a bottle that is tasted blind carries to other horizons. A very large white, micro cuvée of 1500 bottles. A blend of 60% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Gris and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. The color is golden, brilliant. The nose: very aromatic, expressive, open with flowers like acacia and glycine underlined with delicious golden notes of apple and grape. In a second nose aromas of apricots, dried pears, mirabelle with a touch of bergamot and oolong tea. On the palate is dry wine with intense aromas of flowers and fruits found on the nose with blackcurrant leaves, herbs and honey. Conclusion: An amazing, complex and unique wine, quite amazing for Bordeaux !
