Colour: Ètim Blanc is a beautiful, luminous and clean yellow colour with lively greenish splashes.
Nose: Elegantly perfumed by citric notes: lemon, grapefruit an orange blossom. Little by little, spicy notes appear as well as toast from the barrel with a hint of vanilla and mineral tones left there by the slate-based soils of the Priorat region.
Palate: Very fresh, in the mouth reminds us again of those citric fruits and lemon. The wine?s acidity is well balanced, making it long and very pleasant.
