Aged during 6 months in oak barrels, the Etim Negre 2011 is a typical wine from the Montsant area in Spain.
In glass present itself as deep cherry red with violet flecks. Is a wine bright and clean.
Nose ripe fruits appear very quickly: strawberry and blackberries. This is then followed by toasted notes, vanilla and cinnamon which come from the barrel.
Palate: this is a dense wine and it is very fresh, with marked tannins which are perfectly achieved and hint of acidity which accompanies a long and pleasant finish.
