Etim Sobremadurada 2007 Montsant 37.5cl red

Colour: Ètim Verema sobremadurada (late harvest) is a deep grenadine colour, very intense with a bright ruby rim.
Nose: An intense perfume of dried fruit and nuts, raisins, prunes, figs and dried apricots with hints of lychee, blackcurrant and redcurrant and blackberry jam. Barrel notes slowly emanate from the glass, such as toffee, vanilla and bitter chocolate aromas, cedar wood and a touch of eucalyptus, mint and mineral tones.
Palate: This is a silky wine, yet shows good weight in mouth and sweet touches which envelope firm tannins and aromas of raisins, cocoa and noble woods.
